Custom Orders:

Customs orders will vary in price and timeline to create.  We do not guarantee that all orders will be accepted although we welcome the challenge!  While we will try our best to meet your requests regarding fabric, but we cannot guarantee exact fabric match.  Personalization is available for items as well, please contact our designer directly megelledreamer@gmail.com for further details.

Shipping:

Megelle & Dreamer ships to Canada and the United States.  For shipments in Canada we use Canada Post, for shipments to the United States we use Fed- Ex Priority, additional fees will apply. Rates per shipment can be viewed through our check out system. 

Returns:

Due to nature of our creations, we cannot accept returns on orders.  However, the quality of our items and customer satisfaction is extremely important to us.  For an reason you are not satisfied with the quality, please do not hesitate to email us here at magelledreamer@gmail.com.
